Use this view to create, edit, and delete personal statuses.
To change your current personal status, use the Personal Status drop-down list at the bottom of ViewPoint Web Access screen.
The following information is displayed for each personal status. You can sort the view according to any column by clicking the column header.
Some of these columns are hidden by default. Click Columns to show them.

Name |
Name of the personal status. Click to edit the personal status in the Personal Status window. | ||||||

Where I Am |
Location preference for the personal status, specifying what phone rings when you receive incoming calls. A setting other than Default overrides call forwarding when the personal status is in effect.

Greeting |
Greeting played to callers when they reach your voice mail while the personal status is selected.

|
Routing List |
Routing list used if you do not answer a call while the personal status is selected.

Taking Calls |
Whether or not incoming calls ring your phone when the personal status is selected.

Active |
Click Set to make the personal status the currently selected personal status. You can also select a personal status using the Personal Status drop-down list at the bottom of ViewPoint Web Access screen. | ||||||

Prompt |
If checked, the Active Settings dialog box opens each time you select the personal status, giving you the opportunity to override any of the preferences. If not checked, the personal status preferences are applied when you select it. | ||||||
|
Recorded Name |
If checked, the name of the personal status was recorded. The status can be selected using the telephone commands. If not checked, the status cannot be selected using the telephone. |
The following options are available for the view as a whole:

Click to create a new custom personal status in the Personal Status window. |

Click to delete all selected custom personal statuses. |

Click to refresh the view. |

Folders |
Click to open the Folders window, where you can click any view or folder to open it in ViewPoint Web Access. |

Columns |
Click to open the Columns window, where you can choose to show or hide columns for the current view. Some views' columns are hidden by default. |

Options |
Click to open the Options window, where you can set prerences for your TeleVantage account. |

Help |
Click for context-sensitive online Help on this view. |

Logout |
Click to log out of ViewPoint Web Access. If you are requiring password entry, logging out ensures that no one can use your browser's Back button to access your TeleVantage account. Once you log out, you must log in again with your password to return to ViewPoint Web Access. If you are using automatic login to skip password entry, there is no need to log out. Use of the Back button after logging out returns you to ViewPoint Web Access's Voice Messages view without requiring your password. |

Personal Status |

Click to open the Call Forwarding window, where you can forward your calls or turn off call forwarding. |
